
Meditation helps to pull away layers of buried emotions which haven’t been dealt with. Through regular practice of Meditation cells are given an opportunity to release these. As these cells let go you begin to experience awareness.
Examples of Awareness
You begin to dream and you remember these dreams upon waking.
Feeling emotional at any given time, e.g. reading the newspaper, watching television, having a conversation with someone etc
You begin to become aware of emotions which in the past you did not feel so strongly
You become aware of your body physically and how it feels. You may begin to experience pain, nausea, anxiety etc.
You become aware of the way you think, and whether it is negative or positive empowering you to change your thoughts.
When you begin to experience these be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to experience what you need to. Accept it all to be okay for you. Let what is coming forth do so. It may help you to seek a Natural Healer; they can help you to understand better what you are going through. You will know what modality is right for you. Awareness of this experience is the key to you changing the re occurring negative thoughts. Do not dwell on how you need to release emotions. They will come forth and release themselves when they are ready to. Your awareness of them coming forth will help you to deal with them in the best way for you. We are all individual and as you meditate more you will begin to understand yourself more and what you need to do to help yourself.

- Letting go and going with the flow

I also offer a group meditation class every Monday night from 7pm. Cost of this class is $10 per class. (This class is run on a 1st in 1st served basis, a txt is sent out weekly and is limited to 15 spaces).
