The light in me honours the light in you.

My life purpose is to help as many people as I can, whether it is as simple as giving a Massage or Healing, or teaching and passing on what I have learnt.

I have a certificate in Relaxation Massage and trained in Energy Balancing through the New Zealand College of Massage (NZCM) in 2010.

I have level 1 and 2 in Reiki Healing

I have learnt Transcendental Meditation in 1993.

I have learnt Energy Work Meditation in 2011.
