Flowers, each petal is individual, it is delicate, it is beautiful.  Its stem is its foundation and it will hold its beauty with so much pride and strength.  Its leaves each protecting the flower to enable its growth and allow it to become into itself to show off its beauty.  Its roots lay deep within Mother Earth and nourish the Flower each day so that it may shine brightly each day for you and I to enjoy.

These are emotions which are what we all seek in life yet find so difficult to feel.  Look outside at the beautiful nature you have, feel the energy from Mother Earth.  Listen to the music you most enjoy, dance to the rythym.  Walk barefoot on the grass.  Listen to the birds singing.  Feel the sunshine on your face.  Look out to the stars.  Enjoy the moonlit night.  Laugh and play with your family and friends.  Fill your heart with Love, Joy, and Happiness.  They cost you nothing yet are worth more than a million dollars.
